How it works here
The value of a cyc is that it disappears. No horizon line, no seam to retouch, no paper to replace between setups — which is why it is the default for full-body fashion, product and any campaign that needs a clean plate.
It is also the most flexible surface in the building. Gelled lighting turns white into any colour, and the same wall doubles as a plate for compositing when a shot needs an environment added in post.
